New PoliciesGrill 603 is committed to keeping our employees and guests safe. We have implemented new employee health screenings before each shift. Everyone has been instructed to wash their hands and use sanitizer very frequently. We will be doing so in the kitchen at least 5 times per hour, front of house will be after serving every table. Each table will be thoroughly sanitized before the shift and after each usage. Servers will be wearing face coverings while serving guests. All door handles, counter and bar tops that a guest may come in contact with will be sanitized multiple times per hour. We have all reviewed the CDC restaurant reopening guidelines and we believe we are in full compliance.
